Insert Link in a message appears between two monitors

My computer (Windows 10 64 bit) has two monitors configured. When I create an email and try to insert a link, the insert link window opens between both monitors, so one half of the window is open on the left monitor and the other half is open on the right. This behavior exists on another laptop I use when connected to a second monitor. The attached screenshot shows the issue, the black bar is my taskbar.

I use Thunderbird on two monitors on windows 10. but my dialog appear where I dragged it to. So try dragging it to one monitor or the other and then completing the details. Next time it should be where you left it (at least that is my experience)

I do drag it to my second monitor every time it happens, it never stays where I drag it to, always appearing between the monitors.
