Okay - I 'Finally' found it! (Thank You for not Berating me!) (I didn't realize it was on the Drop Down ("When Firefox starts") (( and it was staring me in the face the whole time!! ))
Thanks for the Help & Patience!

What is your startup setting?
- Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts":
"Show my windows and tabs from last time"
"Show my home page"
"Show a blank page"
If you use "Show my windows and tabs from last time" then your tabs will be restored automatically the next time and Firefox won't ask for confirmation when closing.
You can look at these warn prefs on the about:config page and toggle the value to true via the right-click context menu or double click with the left mouse button.
- browser.showQuitWarning
- browser.warnOnQuit
- browser.warnOnRestart
- browser.tabs.warnOnClose
- browser.tabs.warnOnCloseOtherTabs
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
I guess I am a NOOB! Where is these:
Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"
Tools?
I do NOT see Tools anywhere?
Sorry - Want me to take a screen shot of what I see?
You can tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar with the Tools menu. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Options+window+-+General+panel
You can also find Options/Preferences in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list.
