The standard light color with which Mozilla Firefox installs the vertical and horizontal elevators is almost the same color white or light beige that of the rest of the browser. This color similarity makes somewhat difficult to differentiate the elevators from the browser. Thus, making very difficult to find the elevators' "cursors", for which to do so, one must look at the screen in various angles to be able to detect where the elevators are at. I would much like to change said elevators' "cursors" to a darker color to facilitate finding them. Thank you.

Hello,

A theme is an add-on that changes the visual appearance of Firefox. When several themes are installed, you can switch to another theme as follows:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose Add-ons.
  2. Switch to the Appearance tab. You should find your previously used personas in the list.
  3. Find the one you want to use and click the Enable button.

To uninstall the other ones, you can click the Remove button on them and they'll be uninstalled instantly.

NewScrollbars (aka NoiaScrollbars) {web link} The "NewScrollbars"-extension replaces the default scrollbars of Firefox and Thunderbird with colorized ones (partly) known from "Noia themes".

You can also try different Windows themes to see if you can find one that work better or see if you can modify the background color of the scroll thumb in the Windows appearance settings.
