remove sliding box that comes out on webpages
When I open up a webpage, a box slides out on the bottom from the left side. It has a black border, and I can't get rid of it. It's rather large, and covers part of the page. it happens all the time. i want it gone!

Please update to Firefox 21 Update Firefox to the latest release then reset Firefox Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
