Why can't I forward pictures, graphics, website addresses included in an email to me, to other people in my address book?

When I attempt to forward an email with a picture, graphics, website address included in the body of the email, the picture, graphics, or website address either disappears entirely or fades out to where it cannot be used.

Firefox does not do email and does not have an address book. You need to indicate what you are using for email. The question does not sound like a Firefox question, but if you have the "Google Toolbar" extension it is known to interfere with Microsoft mail applications. But you need to provide more information like did it work before and when did it stop working.

Some web mail applicatons do use Shockwave Flash and your is seriously out of date.

Flash -- make sure Flash is up to date -- http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Some people will have a problem with Hardware acceleration, right-click in the flash area, click in settings..., then see if change setting makes a difference. <P>Keep in mind that is Adobe is notorious for bundling crapware with their offerings and updates (McAfee Security Scan, Google Chrome, Adobe Air), also see other Installers of Shame) Flash won't play for those with "FlashBlock" try whitelisting http://eplayer.clipsyndicate.com
