Firefox 4 somehow installed windows security alerts 2011 on my comp which kept on sending me virus notifications even though i have a virus scanner which states that my comp is

I can not do a system restore I can't open any files without the choose program to open file window popping up considering I run my business from my comp and it is your prog. that has damaged my comp greatly how are you going to fix it?

"windows security alerts 2011" is a probably malware itself or a fake antivirus. This type of malware may have infected your computer through a multitude of avenues including email, and outdated plugins. The video below is "how to" video on removing malware assuming you are on windows.

Sounds to me as malware as well.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.

You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

It's not your actual Windows Security Center, it is a fake program meant to look like it. I found this site very useful in fixing the problem.
