How do I get set up to have a reply message above the original message instead of below
When I reply to a message my reply words always appear below the original message instead above. How do I correct this?

You have to go to Settings >Composition & Addressing
Most will have the second option checked off "Automatically quote the original message when replying" and below that a few options in a drop down menu. You should be able to select "Start my reply above quote"
I have included a screenshot for what it looks like on mine. I get to my settings by right-clicking on my email address in upper left hand area.
