Firefox is a browser it has no control over google drive or google account. You need to contact Google support for account issues.
Horrible respone... blame it pn Google w/o even looking into the issue - lazy.

Hi Ivan, could you describe in more detail what happens when you try to go to a Google page or the Google login page?
For example:
- site not found
- not a secure connection
- page only partially loads or is blank
- something else
That should help narrow down the source of the issue.
@laizuro,
Firefox is indeed a browser, not directly connected or associated with google products.
Few questions:
1) did you update to High Sierra via a in place ( download and reboot) or manual download and restart on the installer and overwrite the previous install? These two methods can interact with configurations differently.
2) Do you have 2FA or Multi Factor Auth (MFA) setup on your google products like GDrive?
3) What version of Firefox is in play? Was it sourced directly thru the Apple side or via https://mozilla.org/firefox ?
4) What, if any, errors are you presented with via firefox toast messages or your OS logger/debugging logs?
It is possible that your firewall or other security software blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox application. Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Remove the Cookies" from websites that cause problems:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Data
"Clear the Cache":
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Trying to uninstall and reinstall Firefox has been a nightmare... It was 10x easier to get on Chrome... thanks for the help but Firefox leaves everyone to fend for themselves, great customer service.

Yes I just did get up to High Sierra but #2 & #4 recommendations are very unfamiliar with me and the last thing I'm gonna do is start playing with settings and forget to put them back correctly if they didn't solve the issue... thanks for taking the time to suggest, really! The usual method is to move the Firefox.app to the trash and then download the .dmg installer and install again. But I'm a Windows person, so I can't test that myself.
If MacOS asks whether you want to delete the Firefox application data, tell it not to.
If you need a new installer: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
If you discovered (or discover) a better method, please share!

Firefox is up and running thanks to your link... but it doesn't function like the previous version... for 1 it doesn't save my sites i regularly used... I go to preferences and still it will not save popular sites... thanks but I'm sticking with Chrome... it remembers and lets you add in sites ... Firefox needs to create a checklist for folks so they don't get thrown out in the woods and have to fend for themselves..Thnak you though for your help.
