I have a form that has a HTML filed. I can capture screenshots using Mac or Windows 'print screen' but when I try to paste the screenshot to that field, Firefox doesn't do anything. I have tried this on Safari and it works very nice.

I've tried the same here but it didn't work too, I've to use Add Image.

You have to save the screenshot to a file on your computer (desktop) using image editing software. On this forum you can only attach files via the Browse button and not paste images stored on the clipboard.

Firefox has a setting in the web developer toolbox settings to add a button to the toolbar of the Web Developer toolbox to take a full page screenshot.

The (default) file name is "Screen Shot yyyy-mm-dd at HH.MM.SS.png" and the file is saved to the Downloads folder. You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the Inspector (Tools > Web Developer) and have access to the developer tools including the gear icon to access the toolbox settings and the "Take a fullpage screenshot" (camera) button once you have enabled this button.
