How to upgrade Firefox browser to be compatible with Costcophoto website?
I can't upload photos to Costco photo using Picasa. Can't figure out the problem to fix it. I tried calling the help desk but they do not have an answer. They stated it was my browser or Picasa's problem! Any clues?

Hi chipmunklee, This is a site compatibility bug. I have also tested this and the picasa frame is only a grey box. For now, try another browser.
However to really investigate this open up a ticket at webcompat.com This team is dedicated in seeking out working with sites to keep the compatibility of all browsers.
