Dear support, how can I force firefox to do not block my outdated flash plugin. And I want it on every site I enter.

No I do not want to update flash That option in add-on settings is grayed There is nothing in about:config that works(or I can not find it)

OK I have found solution: 1: About:config || 2: a)extensions.blocklist-> delete url-s, change value to false b)plugin.state.flash -> change value to 2 || 3:done :)

hi Leouch, firefox will only block flash versions as outdated when they contain vulnerabilities that are known to be exploited in the wild. in this case it is often enough just to visit a page which contains embedded malicious flash content (or through a third party server like ad networks) for your system to get infected. that's why it won't be possible to always activate flash in these circumstances - you should update the plugin urgently then!
