Youtube not loading and keeps mini-refreshing the page in Firefox 30, also stuck at 240p
When i play any video it just says error occured but when i try to play any bookmarked video directly by links FF30 keeps mini-refreshing the page and never starts the video. I reinstalled it fresh and above problem arised. Before that it just kept on circling and only 240p option was not greyed out. I think this has to do something with me installing YOUTUBE CENTER where i was trying to shut off DASH. After unfruitful result i uninstalled it and ran Youtube normally. But when i came back after 2-3 hours and thn suddenly my youtube just broke. . Other details that might prove useful: Last week i disabled BITS in Windows 8.1 Youtube is working fine in Chrome but is using HTML5 player and Fullscreen is just horrible, was looking like a 240p video with late graphic rendering.

I had already tried FF in SafeMode and Reset yesterday before posting but did all the steps you asked of me again anyway. I am sorry but the problem is still there. Though I can play Videos on MetaCafe, but not on Youtube. Any more help is appreciated.
With the last Firefox upgrade, some plugins are no longer enabled until you enable it.
Open the Add-ons Manager. Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by; Tools > Add-ons.
Hot key; <Control> (Mac: <Command>) <Shift> A)
On the left side of the page, select Plugins.
BTW; At the top right is a link to check your plugins.
All the Plugins are already up-to-date. Shockwave Flash being on 14.0.0.125 All are set on "Ask to Activate" except "VLC Web Plugin" and "Shockwave Flash" which are set to Always Activate.
I see no Edit button so sorry for double posting. Today i noticed that one of my JAVA Add-on, Java Deployment Toolkit 7.00.600.19 10.60.2.19 is blocked by FF as it is known to be unstable. Also Today there was a Windows 8.1 Update and i saw Youtube suddenly working in FF but just for 1 Video, after that it throwed the same message. What the hell is going on ? P.S. I also installed Silverlight but it didnt changed anything.
I want you to try this. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer and try to view those same videos. Let us know how it goes.
You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
