I haven't had the FireFox bar for 2 days!, just the globe!
What details do you want? It's pretty clear what the problem is, ALL I have is this stupid globe! It doesn't do HALF of what the bar does! It ONLY restores a page when I have a spinning circle, NOT a cursor! I would prefer NEVER to NEED it, BUT EVEN FireFox won't stop THAT problem! I wish you would stop making me okay it when I want to go to a different page, but I wouldn't like it if websites changed my page without my permission either!

I think the problem might be that your menu switched from the orange Firefox button that leads to a two-column menu, back to the old classic menu bar, or your toolbars are missing.
First, if you are missing the entire top area, your Firefox might be stuck in full screen view. The F11 key switches between full screen and regular views.
To turn on missing toolbars, you can use either:
- right-click a blank area of the tab bar
- right-click the "+" button on the tab bar
- View menu > Toolbars
To switch from the classic menu bar to the orange Firefox button, see this article: Display the Firefox button menu instead of the menu toolbar.
Any luck getting back to normal?
Your post shows that you have the "Beta" version of Firefox 27, which is a pre-release testing version. It does have a different icon from Firefox, but should still work similarly when it comes to the menus and toolbars. You mentioned not wanting to switch, but if you change your mind, let us know if you want to install the currently released version, Firefox 26.
Regarding the reload/redirect issue, it sounds as though you are frustrated with it the warning system but don't want to turn it off. I'm not sure what to suggest in that case!
Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible.
- Firefox menu button > Options
- View > Toolbars (press F10 to display the menu bar)
- Right-click empty toolbar area
Use Toolbar Layout (Customize) to open the Customize window and set which toolbar items to display.
- if missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
- if you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar setup
