I hope your Problems will be solved.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

thanx for your support sunitchakraborty and cor-el, i did what you suggest in safe mode, but it still happen. I've turn off all the add-ons, no viruses was found. i still have to move my mouse to complete the action to open a new tab or a download process. is there a problem with the latest version which i updated last week? thanx
i choose to downgrade to firefox 24, and the problem is gone.
hello, mozilla developers have made available a firefox build without the changes that are now suspected to have caused the bug in firefox 25. would you be willing to test-run this build and confirm that the rendering issue isn't present in there?
edit: test procedure removed since it is no longer necessary

hey, just to keep you updated - there is now a fix available for firefox 25, which should address the particular problem of pages not loading unless the mouse is moved.
if you have downgraded to firefox 24 to work around the issue, please go to firefox > options > advanced > update and turn automatic updates back on. then go to firefox > help > about firefox which should trigger the update to firefox 25.0.1.
in case you need to download the setup file for firefox 25.0.1 separately you can do so from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/channel/#firefox
