bing.com image search returns Microsoft Internal dialog

From www.bing.com, any image search returns 10 or fewer "Trending images" and a dialog with the following text " Microsoft Internal
This dialog allows Microsoft employees to give confidential feedback on adult content found in Bing Images.
Mark Image as adult <checkbox/>
Mark Page as adult <checkbox/>
Mark Domain as adult <checkbox/>
Comments (optional):<texbox/>
[Submit] [Cancel] " NOTE: On this same machine, an image search from www.bing.com works as expected if executed from IE or Opera browsers.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Thanks, but this failed to correct the issue.

Note, I have contacted Microsoft and I have submitted this issue to their research team as a possible defect in the bing.com site.

Additionally, this issue began not long after I ran a couple on utilities to clean up system temp files and other garbage. These tools also identified bad entries in the Windows registry errors and I was prompted with an option to let these tools clean up the offending entries. Not thinking, I clicked yes and I have wondered if Bing.com dependencies in the registry may have been corrupted as a result. I guess this may be possible ... but, I give it a low probability as Bing.com searches work as expected when using Internet explorer.
