for the last month or so when I add or a receive a link in an e-mail it is not a highlighted or "click"able link - I would have to copy and paste it into another browser to open it. This is a Firefox issue - because if I open my e-mails in Internet Explorer this does not happen. I can not find a setting to change - or a straightforward answer on your community boards. This should be simple to correct! VERY frustrating! Please help!

In Firefox you need to use a button on the button bar above the editor that you use to compose the new mail to create a live, clickable, hyperlink.

Just above the text area that you use to edit the message text on the "Compose New Mail page" there is usually a button bar with buttons to add text formatting like Bold and Italic.
That toolbar may also have a button to turn a text link into a clickable hyperlink (look for a chain like button).
You can select the text and click that button to turn the link into a clickable hyperlink.
If you can't find the button then hover them all to check the tooltip of each (e.g. Insert hyperlink).
