Flash does not work in facebook thru ff and is fine in Internet explorer

I have tried all suggestions and cannot play games in facebook. I get a message that it doesn't see flash. I have no problem when I use internet explorer and I am not uninstalling flash again since it took Dell technical help to fix it for internet explorer

If you download and install http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_11_plugin_32bit.exe does it work?
