I cannot load my home page; I only get "searchqu.com/406

I have changed my homepage several time; have tried the default homepage; but I only get "searchqu.com/'406. I cannot make it go away! I have also tried "about:config-Keyword.URL and set my homepage website...but it only goes to "searchqu.com/406
