I am unable to access the search inside a book feature on amazon. I keep getting the message your web browser does not support this feature. Why is this and what do I need to do to fix this? I am not a computer wiz. I just use to look things up so a lot of things you show has no meaning for me. Your help is appreciated.

Were you able to use that feature in the previous version of Firefox? If not, it is probably compatible with IE only.

If you have IE installed, you can use this add-on to use that feature, without closing Firefox:

Yes I was able to use it before with the last version. I really hate it when I update Firefox then have to try to get everything back to normal. I had to ask my husband what a web browser was.

If you have IE installed in your PC, you can keep FF 4 and use the add-on I suggested. Or if you prefer, you can also go back to your previous Firefox version.

If you rather go back to the previous Firefox version, here's the link to tell you how to:

I downloaded the previous version but it still isn't working, and now I've got a big box that says I've got an outdated version of Firefox that I can't close. Thank you for your help, but I think I'm just going to give up for now.
