captcha does not show on pages

several of the sites I visit that reqire my password and have CAPTCHA on the box with the words do not show and I can not email them for the same reason ...no CAPTCHA box....

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

You may also need to check your security software and make sure that they do not block the CAPTCHA images.
