XPcom not loaded
I just experienced the XPcom not loaded issue. Uninstalled Mozilla Firefox and re-installed. All of my logins and passwords are no longer available in programs I saved to the "Pocket." What can I do?

Hi Charlene, sorry to hear about this problem. Could you try the steps in the first section of the following article about checking for additional profiles: Recover lost or missing Bookmarks. Can you find your old data in a different profile?
