I was not getting email so I installed the new version. Now my entire email inbox is empty. When I click GET MESSAGES, I get a message "ADD SECURITY EXCEPTION" with details. What do I do now?

Are you using an antivirus? That may be the cause. If you post more information, plus info on the anti-virus, some suggestions may surface.
