Cannot open any sites in firefox

Firefox opens without any problem but when I try to open any page it takes forever then it tells me it has trouble finding that site

Sounds like it may be an Internet connection issue. Does this issue occur with other browsers (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome) on the same computer, or is it only Firefox? Here's some help articles that may be helpful:
