Can't send emails

Every time I go to send an email I get error codes that password incorrect and it will not send .I have removed account relogged in with same password it logs into email but when I go to send I get the message of incorrect password again.

Yes, something is messed up with the program. None of my emails are working, via hotmail or gmail.
