Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
I have an issue where my emails from one account keep getting this email back:
"Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" host wbeout.us-phx.vox.secureserver.net [97.74.135.84]

It's a 123-reg email and I've contacted them to see if it's a fault their end but when I use the 123-reg webmail I don't get the issue.
I also have two 123-reg email accounts, one is fine and the other keeps getting the bounce back email I received. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Cheers Alex

Hi Webmail does not use SMTP - that is only required to allow Thunderbird to connect and send email through your online email provider. That is, being able to send from webmail is meaningless if the issue is with SMTP. As you have one account working and the other not, please compare the SMTP security/authentication settings between the two. So, for SMTP to work it must meet the requirements to connect to 123-reg, and support at 123-reg should be able to walk you though the correct SMTP settings in Thunderbird. However, this particular error seems to come from an upstream server that is returning the email after it leaves 123-reg. I assume that the messages you are sending from that account in Thunderbird are not actually mass mailing of commercial messages. Test with a single message with simple text content to see whether you get the same rejection.
