I must use an older version of FF otherwise the source code in my email app turns to mush. Although I have disabled updates they still keep updating. How do I stop them updating.

What happens when you use a new version? Using old versions of Firefox is not safe, nor recommended, so let's try to fix what happens with the new version rather than keeping out out of date.

We use Informz to send out over 1,000 emails a year. I was using Chrome when suddenly one day the source code that I use to create the emails suddenly became jumbled and unusable. I tried Firefox and it was compatible with the Informz code. Yesterday after FF update, the code also became the same jumbled mess as it was in Chrome. I was unable to do my job. I realized that the update caused the incompatibility so I reverted to an older version of FF and the code returned to normal. However, even though I disabled automatic updates it keeps updating all the time. Even the email that I got from you caused an update when I clicked on it. I have to use the older version and stop the updating otherwise I am unable to do my job. Please help. Attached is how the code looks with the latest update. Informz has been working on a solution since Chrome did the same thing but so far they have come up with nothing.

This seems like an issue with the Informz website. I'd suggest updating to the absolute latest version of Firefox (66.0.2) and then follow the steps at Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should
