Addon for "remarks" in my bookmarks

I.m looking for an addon for my bookmarks. In the new bookmarks there is no room for remarks, so I find an addon that give me my old remarks back on the bookmark part. I send you a picture of my bookmarks without this addon.

Can you please give me the name of this addon so I can read my old remarks again.
