I used Refresh Firefox and all my bookmarks etc dissapeared. I want them back!!!

My computer was running slow so I decided to use, "Refresh Firefox", which I had used several times before. This time, however all my bookmarks disappeared. I need help to get them back, please help me. Thanks, Mark
