need to reset password have been waiting for an email from you have not recieved on yet. this is the 2nd time that I have asked to reset.

I've asked several times to reset my password and they say they sending me the link to do so and an email never comes. I need to get into my account so that I can be able to get my bookmarks.

In case this is about a Sync account and a verification email :

You are not receiving an email verification email or You are not receiving a password reset email :

-   Please check your spam filters or your spam folder.

-   Please try to access your email from the webmail client, not your email software.

What is prompting you to "reset"?

Assuming that you are referring to Sync and a Firefox Account, when you reset the Firefox Account Password all your data on the Sync server is deleted. Your bookmarks will be gone from the Sync server.

But your bookmarks will be on the other devices that you have connected to that Firefox Account for Sync services.
