So this is my problem. I've created a few labels for main topic of e-mails I get (social media, twitch, youtube ect.) and the problem is youtube label never gets applied. Every other label does and this one wont. I checked it 100 times it's very basic and it should work. And it does when I go to e-mail filters and click to apply it but never on its own. Identical filter for twitch e-mails works fine.

if you count the labels from the top of the list, what number are you up to?

Is the account IMAP or POP?

some IMAP server support label, some don't some have random limits in the number of labels they will synchronize.

IF a server does does not support labels, Thunderbird stores the information in the MSF file and basically pretends it does. The trouble starts when you have say 12 labels in Thunderbird and the server only supports 9

Given computing all appears to be hex based. numbers that are common limits are 7 15 31 etc (8 16 32 64 etc -1 as a control bit)

Try moving that filter to the top of the list of your filters. If it starts working after doing this, then there is another filter that is also being applied to the YouTube e-mails.
