I am trying to sync by logging into my account, it sent me a code which when i enter it says invalid code, i tried caps and no caps and even tried copy paste

Please first update to the 50.0.2, there was a patch for Sync accounts in the last update. Please post back if the issue persists after the update.

it was the latest firefox and i faced this issue constantly, after few hours i restarted my pc and i tried logging in and it worked without any code, for some reason it didnt ask for code but i think resetting the password to make it work erased the sync, anyways i found the backup of mozilla in appdata so i used that but firefox needs to fix this issue.
