How can I get website videos to play

When I go to various sites and click on a video, all I get is an error message saying that the source is not supported. When I check the same site in the native Android browser the videos play without problems. How can I resolve this issue?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).Do

  • donn't click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
