Other browsers have an option on the toolbar to click and then enter an email address and the webpage link will be sent as an e-mail. Can I do this on Firefox? How?

Two parts to the answer:

(1) Firefox has an Email Link feature, but the button is not on the toolbar when you first install.

You can use the Customize feature to drag it to the toolbar or graphical menu in a convenient location. See: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

This also appears on the classic menu bar if you use that, on the File menu.

(2) Firefox will need to know whether you use stand-alone email software or a webmail site, and it only is pre-setup for a few sites.

If the dialog that comes up when you first use Email Link doesn't list your email program or site, we may be able to help with the setup.

If it automatically goes to the wrong place, you may need to change the existing setting here: Change the program used to open email links.

Does that help?
