Why does my default search engine chenge to yahoo even after I chenge it to google in the preferences area.
The search engine will remain as google until I quit the firefox app, When I start firefox the search engine reverts to yahoo in the preferences. Why - I want google to be the default?

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
