Is thunderbird v 17 compatible with windows 10?

I just updated from v 10 to v 17. I know I'm not at v 38 yet, but wanted to update my desktop from win 7 to win 10.

I suggest you finish the process of getting to 38. 38 is the only version anyone tested against Windows 10.
