I need users to download firefox mobile version with a addon built in. without they will need to install my addon later. is this possible?

Well I am not absolutely certain but it would not be allowed with Firefox Desktop and I doubt it would be allowed with Android. AFAIK IF you intend to include Firefox branding you need to distribute unaltered up to date Firefox.
