firefox keeps crashing

If Rapport causes any other problem, disable it's add-on. Then contact their support.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.

Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.

What were you doing when the crashes happen?

The crash report flagged these programs;

Rooksbas.DLL = Windows

RapportTanzan.dll = Rapport

RapportUtil.dll = Rapport

nvwgf2umx.dll = Dwm.exe = Microsoft Desktop Window Manager

RapportGP.dll = Rapport@ Trusteer Ltd


Perform a System File Check to fix corrupted system files http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

Hello.

Sometimes I was just opening a new tab, sometimes I wasn't doing anything at all.

I have followed all your steps above, but it tells me that Firefox will take at least 24 hours to notice the graphics cards updates?

Since doing these updates it has crashed twice.

These are those reports:

Yes I downloaded the installer and used it to update Rapport.

I haven't really been using the PC today but it hasn't crashed when I got back!
