just ran the new version, now have to move mouse to load web pages and play videos

Hello,
Users with a similar issue had been infected with malware. Please run scans with antimalware tools, such as these ones which are free and can work alongside your existing antivirus software:
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- Hitman Pro (trial only)
- ESET Online Scanner
