I bought the email [email protected] but am unable to log in or even set up my mail account.

What did you do - running the new account wizard, or manual setup? Did you check with your email provider about the correct server settings?

Thanks, christ1. I did everything my email provider suggested but still ended up with a Google email address instead of one from the sgnewlands.me domain, which I bought from Gandi when I was asked whether I wanted a new email address. I feel I have wasted my money buying something I am unable to use, so perhaps I should just accept that and cut my losses.
