How can I restore my local folders. I have folders for each of my clients emails I want to keep. Now all I have under folders is inbox trash and outbox

Sorry to take so long to get back to you Matt. Was out in the woods in Ft Bragg NC on a project. It's a POP account. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
