Firefox still won't load certain websites - www.weddingwire.com is a huge problem

I have tried all the settings given and still no joy.

Windows 7 Ultimate OS Avast Anti-Virus Installed

Created rules to allow Firefox through the Windows Firewall, and done the same with the Anti-Virus.
