I am unable to download firefox

I am unable to download and install firefox. The download will run to around 8% - 10% and then stop saying unable to complete download. I have tried resume but the same happens. Last time the computer crashed with BSOD error 00000003b. Any ideas ??.

Maybe firewall problem
