use hotmail cannot access contacts when writting new messages or forwarding messages

When I try to access my contact list using hotmail when composing a new message or forwarding a message it will not work. It used to work before and still works on Internet Explorer. Help!!

Fix for me -I uninstalled 'Page Tweak' Add blocker.
