I clicked on the link in the e-mail message and was taken to a page with a < CONFIRM> button, which I clicked on. The next page showed both my question and the details from a box like this one. The thing is that the text of those details was not "wrapped"; in fact, it ran over some of the webpage's text!

There was also a notification saying that one other person had encountered the same problem that I had reported. There was a button (I think it was <DETAILS>, or something like that) next to it. When I clicked on that button, I got the prompt and box for submitting my e-mail address so that I could be notified when somebody had an answer. That was handy, of course, but I never got to check to see whether or not the other person's problem really was identical to mine.

You had leading spaces in those lines in your message that causes them to be embedded in <pre></pre> tags. The forum doesn't wraps lines that are posted that way. I've corrected it. I use code in userContent.css to fix that forum bug, so hadn't noticed it. You did the same in this post. So do not place any leading spaces at the begin of a line or if you do then use the Enter key to break the line yourself.
