Thunderbird : Relay access denied
Dear all,
since several days I can't send emails any more. I always receive the following error message:
Sending of message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <[email protected]>: Relay access denied.
In the outgoing server setting the port is set to 25. (But I also tried 587 and 465) For finding a solution I tried all recommendations in your support page, but unfortunately without success.
Do you have any further ideas ? Many thanks in advance. Regards Christine

What are the rest of your SMTP settings? Such as authentication and security. You do need to set password and either SSL/TLS or STARTTLS
And use port of 465 or 587
The recommended settings are: smtp-auth.nordnet.fr on port 587. STARTTLS, normal password, User Name = email address.
