Can only recieve emails...can not send emails
I've had Thunderbird for a long time and never really had any issues. About 6 months ago I found that I could not send emails from my account. I can receive emails...I just can't send any. When I started looking at things, I noticed a small padlock over the envelope icon by both mine and my wife's email address...but not on our business address. We can send emails from our business address but not from the 2 emails with the padlock on the envelope icon.
Please help...it has become extremely frustrating.

The padlock indicates the connection to get mail on that account is encrypted.
So how about starting at the beginning. What error message do you get when sending mail?
