I am able to login to my account however my "primary password" was breached and changed. I am now unable to login to the browser and use my Bookmarks.

You'll know it has been breached because I have only used on password since I began using FireFox. As of January 9th, 2023 it has been changed to something new.

How can this "primary password" be removed or reset?

I think your confusing primary password with your email account server. They are two different things here. If you can't get to your email that was used for your Primary login there nothing anyone on here that can do about that. You need to talk to your email provider for your security login issue.
