firefox awesome bar
In the latest versions of firefox I can't delete single items from the address bar drop down list. As it says here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-websites-address-bar-suggestions#w_clearing-a-single-item-from-the-address-bar-history I should press Shift+Delete, but it DOESN'T work anymore.

You can't delete it. These links are Top Sites. To remove it, you have to remove this page from Top Sites on a New Tab page.

That shortcut should work in the most recent version of Firefox.
It's important to note that you can only delete items from the address bar if they are a browsing history or search history item. If they are something else (like a bookmark) they can't be deleted using this shortcut, they would need to be removed from the bookmarks in order for them not to appear in the address bar drop-down when you start typing.

Yes, that shortcut is working for me in the current version as well as the newer pre-release versions.
Are the items that you are trying to delete appear when you have typed something or when you have just clicked on the address bar?
When I have just clicked on the address bar.
