Downloading summary pdf page

After the latest update, I can only download individual pdf’s & can not download a summary page of pdf’s. I have several other browsers- which will do the downloads-MUCH prefer Firefox! This is a very recent occurrence, Firefox was working well prior to about a week ago... Please HELP!!! J.

Just wanted to follow up again since I haven't heard from you. If I don't hear from you, I'll likely go ahead and close the bug we have on file for this in a few days.

Hi Jim,

Do you mind trying the downloads on Ensight Intelligent Quote again? We're told that the issue has been resolved. Please be sure to update Firefox as well.

As a note, we've also made some fixes in for our upcoming version (currently in Firefox Beta) which may help with the issue as well. You can get that version from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

Andrew, thank you. After the latest update, all seems to be working as it should. Don’t know what Mozilla did, but i’m Glad they did it. Thank you, again. Jim
