You can click the star to bookmark the current page to the unsorted folder. You can click the highlighted star a second time to open the "Edit This Bookmark" dialog and move the bookmark to the Bookmarks Toolbar folder. You can rearrange the bookmarks in the Library (Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks).

Hi, go to the Address Bar and Padlock or the i with a circle (for other sites) and Drag and Drop it to the Bookmarks Toolbar.
